DescriptionOffers a wide variety of fitness and instructional programs including * Red Cross Swim kids lessons * adult swimming lessons * ballroom dance * belly dance * salsa dancing * fencing * aerobics * spin classes * personal training services * specialty fitness classes * senior's fitness classes * pilates * yoga * Mauy Thai * Tai chi * tennis * squash * Hooping * acrofitness 
 
Provides courses for Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard Service (NLS), cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), re-certifications, and personal training certifications * runs summer sports camps, March break camps and school group programs for youth as well as summer leagues for adults
