DescriptionInformation, referral, seniors activities, services to help seniors maintain their independence. 
 
Activities include but are not limited to: 
fitness classes * line dancing * tai chi * short mat bowling * bridge/euchre * crafts * drop-in centre * day trips * languages classes * pilates / belly dance / Scottish Country Dance * monthly publication Vista * interest and information courses * dances * choirs * special events 
 
Services include: 
legal advice clinic offered 2 afternoons per month by appointment * financial and tenant advice (by phone) * friendly visiting * telefriend * diners club * drivers refresher courses * home help registry * home maintenance registry * medical drives * footcare clinics * educational seminars series * frozen meals * hearing healthcare clinics and more 
 
Rendezvous Cafe open 8:30 am-4 pm and Hatter's Cove Dining Room open 11:30 am-1 pm, Mon-Fri. Hatter's Cove has a weekly lunch menu and special theme lunches.
