DescriptionEnvironmental protection group working to sustain all natural resources in Frontenac County through cooperative community efforts * coordinates reforestation projects on vacant, marginal and environmentally-sensitive lands, Schoolyard naturalization, Workshops on forest and land management, including wildlife habitat enhancement, Educational activities directed towards wetland management, including its restoration and conservation, as well as Wildlife habitat enhancement, including nesting box construction and den and mast tree protection, Shoreline and stream rehabilitation * also works closely with Lake Associations during Lake Planning exercises and watershed management planning exercises * is involved with additional activities and projects as may be agreed upon
